Financial Associate, Full-time
Financial Associate works with senior registered financial representatives to assist them with the processing and tracking of client paperwork; various monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports to clients and other communications. Knowledge of industry software such as Morningstar Office and Junxure is a plus.
Qualified candidates will have the following characteristics:
•Excellent skills in administrative/clerical support.
•Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
•Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
•Highly motivated and well-organized.
•Good communication skills, work well in a team environment, and a self-starter needing little supervision.
•2 year degree preferred with five or more years of experience with a brokerage or investment firm.
